commission tos
• i have the right to refuse a commission at any time
• payment MUST be made before i start
• all prices are in USD. i only accept payment through paypal or ko fi. i don't use venmo and i don't take DA points or art in exchange
• nothing made by me @chimchamtimtam may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space
• once completed you may use the commission for personal use only
• my turnaround time is two weeks
• if i feel i cannot complete the commission within a month i will refund you
• once the commission is completed you cannot get a refund, if you are not happy with the outcome i can edit it but i will not redraw the whole piece
• i will not draw nsfw or fetish art
• i always send wips but if i am not at my computer please do not demand wips when i cannot provide them at that time i.e. i am away from home
• i am happy to discuss the commission in detail before payment is made however i will not actually start the sketch until i have received payment
• i will not copy another artists idea for a commission, references are fine but not another artists work you wish for me to replicateI WILL DRAW:
• cats/dogs and any species in-between those two
• anthro (may cost extra)
• some closed species (dm to discuss this)I WILL NOT DRAW:
• humans
• avian/reptilian/underwater species
• nsfw or fetish art
• mecha
• characters with overly complicated designs
• detailed backgrounds (not a strong point for me)
• art that is hateful, depicts hurtful views or stereotypes
